Problem
Banking QA creates strong constraints for automation.
Unlike toy QA examples, banking workflows involve transaction correctness, regression coverage, multiple channels, auditability, API contracts, database state, and failure classification.
What I built
Core Banking PoC and Payment Hub integration testing.
The Core Banking automation proof of concept covered Web, iOS, and Android automation, supporting a successful automation proposal across channels.
The Payment Hub work involved Postman API testing, SQL validation, regression testing, and JMeter stress testing. Internal delivery metrics are treated as verified but private, so this public case study emphasizes the engineering scope rather than headline numbers.
This delivery experience is the practical foundation behind ATA - applying structured evaluation, regression reporting, and quality discipline to AI agent and RAG workflows.
Key highlights
- Built and demonstrated an omnichannel automation proof of concept across Web, iOS, and Android, contributing to approximately 20 person-months of follow-on delivery work.
- Validated end-to-end financial transaction flows through API testing, SQL-based database verification, regression testing, and stress testing.
- Authored more than 1,500 lines of reusable SQL validation queries and maintained coverage across all in-scope API endpoints.
- Reduced manual QA effort by approximately 70% through reusable automation and transaction-validation workflows.
Outcome: Delivered confidential banking validation work across transaction integrity, regression, API, database, web, and mobile systems.
